I just canceled my appt tomorrow because I just called to see how much bank I had left in my account to be told that I was charged $150 for an appt I missed due to a death in my family and having to leave town urgently. I did communicate what happened. I find this to be rude and highly insensitive. And the entire $150 for someone who is unemployed? Kathleen is great, but I'm leaving a negative review for the business. Acufuncture is incredibly expensive also.
Dr Funk and her team are AMAZING! I have gone for a variety of concerns, including sleeplessness/energy, digestion issues, an ankle sprain, among others, and they have been able to holistically address all of these issues. Dr Funk also has a wonderful energy to her that makes you feel very comfortable and seen in her care.
