I had my first session with Catherine. She is very knowledgable , experienced and according to the info you give to her , she will plan a massage which will exactly gives you the relief you need .
I have seen Kate multiple times and her approach in helping to realign things that were out of align and causing me a lot of pain was super effective. She has a deep understanding of how everything in the body is connected and her treatment has allowed me to get back to doing the physical activities I love. Thank you Kate!!!
5/5 stars! Wish I could give even more! Jennifer has been helping me on my postpartum recovery journey with core strengthening and pelvic floor engagement. She approaches her work with compassion and empathy. Jennifer is friendly, kind, super knowledgable and an absolute joy to be around. I look forward to seeing her each week. She's providing a really safe space for me to ask questions about my body and feel comfortable learning about this new vulnerable stage I'm in. Thank you Jennifer, you're amazing :)
Acuelements gave my body what it needed to aid its postpartum recovery. Highly recommended for postpartum core rehab workouts. Your body will thank you for it.
