Bettina is absolutely magic! Her treatments are unbelievably relaxing and work wonders. I’ve received labour preparation sessions that were such a beautiful part of my day. I’d also been having some hip pain and had been to a physio, who couldn’t help. Bettina found the cause and fixed it in one session as well as providing me with some exercises to prevent it returning. Thank you Bettina!

I am fortunate to have found Bettina at Acubalance. I started seeing Bettina during a time of stress, when I was finding it difficult to 'get out of my head and back into my body'.
