I had Adele for some Acupuncture on the weekend and loved her calm and positive ways. She listened to what I said and worked out what I needed and I felt very understood. The acupuncture itself was pain free and effective. I can highly recommend Adele and her Acupuncture services. She is a wonderful human.

I attended a retreat that Adele was the acupuncturist at the weekend. I was suffering from stress, plantar fas, and had a shoulder injury. Adele was absolutely incredible. My shoulder is good, I can lift my arm above my head, I feel like I am walking on clouds, my feet feel great. I would recommend anyone who wants to feel better to see Adele. I wish she was closer to us so I could see her regularly. She is a very lovely and gentle person to top it all off.
