Great experience at AcuAyur holistic health Centre. I used to feel very tired during the day. After having few "Shirodhara" treatment, I no longer feel tried during day time. My health has improved and I regained my normal sleep after couple of sessions.

For many years, I have been suffering for my skin issue on my hands and I was not comfortable shaking hands with othe. One of my friend suggested to see Dr Kusum Lata in AcuAyur Holistic Health Centre. am very pleased to have my skin condition improved by Acupuncture and Ayurvedic herbs. After having weekly session for 3 months, my skin on the hands is much better. highly appreciate and recommend any one looking help for their skin issues.

I really have very good experience with holistic health centre especially with dr. Kusum Lata. She is very kind and helpful to me through my therapy sessions. In few sessions, I have been feeling so better and relieved from stress and other problems which I was struggling from long time.
