The reception area is bright and professional, and the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve taken several courses through them, and their trainers, especially Nadya, go above and beyond—it’s clear they genuinely care about safety in the arts and entertainment industries. Highly recommend Actsafe for anyone seeking top-quality, industry-specific safety training!

One major issue: they never answer the phone. I tried contacting them several times, but I could never get through. It’s frustrating when you need immediate assistance or answers, especially when it comes to safety matters. This lack of communication really makes me question their commitment to customer service. I hope they improve this aspect.
