I had the pleasure of working with Nadya from Actsafe, and I am beyond impressed with her professionalism and exceptional customer service. One major issue: they never answer the phone. I tried contacting them several times, but I could never get through. It’s frustrating when you need immediate assistance or answers, especially when it comes to safety matters. This lack of communication really makes me question their commitment to customer service. I hope they improve this aspect.
I recently had the pleasure of taking many classes with ActSafe, including MPIO, WHMIS, Motion Picture Safety Awareness, and others, both online and in-person.
