I heartily recommend using Pier at the Actors Caravan. I have been going to him for my headshots for about 4 years and I always get multiple useable shots out of one photoshoot. It's pretty common to go to a headshot photographer and only get one useable shot, but his understanding and use of light is impeccable. I heartily recommend him for all your headshot requirements.
My agent recommended I use Actors Caravan. My previous head shots were too "model like" and wanted something that would "get me through the door". Pier delivered, with the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. Super easy to make an appointment on line. A delightful experience and will go back again.
I needed a writer headshot for my upcoming book launch and was directed to Pier. I wanted a professional photo but with a natural look, and also something that would stand out. Pier took all my ideas and turned them to gold! I normally find having my photo taken awkward at best, but I felt completely at ease and had such a fun time doing the shoot. The photos are fantastic and really reflect my personality. I would highly recommend Pier for any kind of headshot or photo. I can't wait to do more!
