Typically when another solicitor recommends you to another company to get work done, then you will receive a call and discuss what you are needing done. The director Heather did not even take 5 minutes to call and speak to me about my request and simply said that they "do not have capacity to take this on at this time". Although two other solicitors noted that my request took minimal time to complete. I would not recommend this company to anyone who does serious business in Nottingham.
Rang for personal injury. Rude and shouting down phone. Refused to take a complaintvthe outcome - Avoid. They more bothered about golf events and Alfreton town than actually giving a professional service
