We booked with Actkidvity and are pleased with the service being received. A welcomed service to get kids to and from school.
My kids are driven by Actkidvity and they have been providing excellent school transportation service. Jerry has been my point of contact for communication and updates. Even with last minute changes. He is always ready to help.
Terrible service, unreliable, unprofessional, late all the time.
Avoid actKIDvity. This service was unreliable from the start — repeated delays, poor communication, and even a full no-show within the first week. On one occasion, my child was left waiting outside in winter conditions for an extended and dangerous period of time. That alone is unacceptable for any service responsible for transporting children.
