LATE by 10 mins EVERY DAY to pick up children. Today they picked up early and we arrived 1 minute before pickup and missed the bus. We did not know the bus had come so we messaged dispatch just to see and Jerry said he was checking with the driver and traffic was busy and they should be there soon… so we waited.
