Highly recommend. Sauna and cold bath has been great for injury recovery. The setup is very modern, clean, organised and Mel is super friendly and gracious with her advice. Thank you.
I have been having shoulder and quad pain on and off for a few years. I have been having physio but after 1 long session I feel more freedom in my muscles than I have for months...strongly recommend. Just wish I lived closer for more regular sessions.
After having 3 Knee Reconstructions, my hips and back are always in pain! After trying numerous physios and chiropractors and never really working. I thought I’d give Mel a go and what a difference I felt like a different person walking out! I could go without treatment and pain killers for 3 or more months! Mels hands are a gift from God! Healing hands at the best!!
I've never had a better massage!! Couldn't recommend Mel highly enough, she has cured me of all sciatic pain and back issues during pregnancy and post pregnancy. She seriously is the best in the business!
