I worked with Zach, Caitlyn and Jacob (in Rochester and Plainview). I cannot say enough about their sincere care, persistant efforts and 'patient-comes-first' practice model. They continuously worked to improve my condition, in a "real" caring manner - always checking in with me inperson, or by text, on how I was doing, and if my therapy was helping. Here is what ActivePT did well for me: Everything! From scheduling, to hands on, to demonstrating exercises, to tailoring a program specifically to me, ActivePT did everything well. One of the best skills demonstrated was communication: appointment reminders, notices when my provider was out (it only happened once in more than 6 months), to listening to me when I would share that an exercise was too difficult so it could be modified or replaced with a different exercise. Hunter and Megan are incredible! I am so thankful for the intentional and personalized care I received to address my neck pain. I have regained my range of motion and my pain has lessened to the point that I don't even feel or think about it anymore. I highly recommend ActivePT to anyone who has any physical ailments, aches or pains. You won't be disappointed by the care you receive!
