I’m old. I have arthritis in both knees, and I have balance problems. I have had PT several times in modified gym-like settings. Jenifer was very easy to work with and responsible with her time. She was able to work with new ideas and cares for her patients. Her ability to come to my house was so helpful.
I worked with Jenny after getting back surgery and she greatly helped me heal. It was so nice not having to go anywhere and just having her come to my house for our sessions. She was easy to talk to and gave me helpful tips in how to heal that I still use today! It was bittersweet when I didn't need to see her anymore after getting to a point in my healing since she is such a great physical therapist.
The team at Activefit Physical Therapy is amazing! The convenience of a traveling therapist who is also TOP NOTCH is priceless! Jenny Pate worked with me for several months to help me with core strength in connection with the chronic pain my back has been in for 4 years. The skills she taught me and the support she provided made a world of difference. I'm now able to use the exercises she taught me to experience pain free days! Which is AWESOME.
I suffered for months with plantar fasciitis and Achilles issues. Jenny was great in determining an effective treatment plan that included new at home exercises and deep tissue massage. Within about 2 months of treatment I was pain free and am so grateful! I highly recommend Activefit Physical Therapy!
