Without any notification, they constantly make changes to API without that cause contacts to not be added to the CRM. Go backwards in UI/UX, take ages to make minor updates. The final straw was that a core functionality that I've been using for 8 YEARS was suddenly stripped away without notice and now I need to pay an additional $85/month to use that feature. As a sales organization I CAN'T SEE MY SALES PIPELINE NOW UNLESS I WANT TO NOW PAY FOR A WHOLE MODULE I'VE HAD FOR 8 YEARS.

Why do you make customers validate their account when they are trying to get help on chat support, especially when it's just a basic question that doesn't require any account specific information? By the time your chat person says "hello"....and restates the issue and says a couple things about verification, almost 10 minutes has gone by. Then I ask a question and they answer it, but it needed zero account specific information and you've created a horrible customer service experience. Great value for a small business. We have ActiveCampaign integrated with our CRM and website forms. As, such it's an essential component of our 'awareness to order' tracking.
