Great value for a small business. We have ActiveCampaign integrated with our CRM and website forms. As, such it's an essential component of our 'awareness to order' tracking.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CRM! This has to be the worst CRM on the market (prior to this I was using another CRM platform) I am a paying customer and the link to the login to my CRM crashes every other day. Then to top things off when I try to use basic functions like viewing which one of my contacts clicked on a link or just changing the color of text in my marketing email the site is unresponsive. I have been a long-standing customer since before 2020. When ActiveCampaign changed their service tiers last summer, I was told I would be grandfathered in. That did not happen and I have been paying double what new customers pay and for less service. All the sudden I can't even replace a subscriber form on my website because my current tier does not allow it. Before that was beyond basic. I consider this fraudulent. I was swindled to re-sign up upon a pledge that was not honored. Boo ActiveCampaign.
