Why do you make customers validate their account when they are trying to get help on chat support, especially when it's just a basic question that doesn't require any account specific information? By the time your chat person says "hello"....and restates the issue and says a couple things about verification, almost 10 minutes has gone by. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CRM! This has to be the worst CRM on the market (prior to this I was using another CRM platform) I am a paying customer and the link to the login to my CRM crashes every other day. Then to top things off when I try to use basic functions like viewing which one of my contacts clicked on a link or just changing the color of text in my marketing email the site is unresponsive.
