Not only is Russell a very nice person, but he is great at what he does. He has significantly helped my recovery from injuries related to strains/tightness/stress/dehydration etc. My ability to function athletically over longer periods of time has increased dramatically, and my recovery is much faster. If you’re suffering from any injury I strongly suggest to go to him. He is so knowledgeable and puts 100% into his patients. I have been suffering from severe sciatica in pregnancy from a disc herniation and he found the pain points and worked on releasing the tight muscles
