Saw Liz on several occasions. Good at what she does but took one look at me and decided that I needed to lose weight. Asked what I ate and when I told her 5 pieces of fruit a day told me too much fructose. Also have other major health issues that she was made aware of and the medications I am on cause the weight problem. Had my first session with John and what an absolute great experience. Very effective, very knowledgeable and really took the time to go through and explain my condition. 100% recommend.
