Loved all my sessions at Active Wellness. In the first sessions I did sauna only, it's so relaxing and you can either shut off from the world or catch up on a tv show or podcast. My second session I did the roller and sauna combo. It was so relaxing - the only downside was having to return to work after - I was so relaxed and zen.
Highly recommend this place over anything else !!! The owner is so lovely and really gives you welcoming experience. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends🥰🥰
Clean studio, with caring staff. ActiveRoll gets better the more it is done, must drink water though! The privacy of the rooms makes the experience comfortable and great value. studio is within easy reach of public transport.
