I like all the therapists and the receptionist is very friendly and kind. They are awesome team!!
This review does not concern the therapist at Active Wellness. It is the owner Charlene Watson. She is a poor example of good ownership and her unprofessional and timely billing practices are incredibly poor. I attended this clinic for an injury due to a car accident. All cost were to be covered by my insurance untill a settlement was obtained. Because of Her lack of efficiency in billing in a timely matter has cost me a significant out of pocket expenses.
