I had a severe shoulder injury from working out before I met Dr. Mazgaloff. It was so painful to the point where I had to have my roommate pull me up from my bed in the morning, because I could not bring myself up.
I came to Active Wellness several years ago because I was finally fed up with having pain in my lower back and neck. I had heard mixed things about chiropractors but I had been to several primary care doctors who did not help me. They told me just to strengthen my core (which I was doing and is important but if you can't move then you can't do sit-ups) or gave me muscle relaxers which dulled the pain but didn't help anything long term or did nothing. Came in today for my first ever acupuncture visit. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and I will return because of how much better I felt when I walked out of the office!
From massage and acupuncture to chiropractic services this place is the best. Thy will get you back to life and pain free. I highly recommend this place and I have had
I was in a close-to-crawl in moment when I began seeing Dr. Kepler; in a great deal deal of pain and unable to function normally. The first visit was difficult to get lasting results as my body was in a state guarding and wouldn't allow for movement to take very well. With that being said, the first visit did offer a great deal of relief, but pain was still a full time job for a bit.
