I was referred to Shelley and Israel after several difficult surgeries. Active Solutions took my case immediately without delay and has treated me as a team for many months. Their knowledge, personal attention, and encouraging bedside manner have provided me with a path back to an active lifestyle. I appreciate everything they have taught me.
I did a lot of PT before but nobody worked on my problems as well as Shelley and Izzy did! I can highly recommend them, they are genuinely interested in making you feel better!
Bugs everywhere
They don't answer their phone. Their voicemail says they check it once every hour but they will not get back to you, ever. No callback, no answer. Tried three times. Got a text saying they got my referral, called the number in the text, was told it was the wrong office and to call the Cedar Crest one again, called again, same song and dance. I'll find a different physical therapist, luckily mine is a minor issue. Can't imagine needing physical therapy for serious issues and being ghosted by a doctor.
