Unfriendly! No greetings when you walk in the their door, they just look at you! Not professional, their careless, even though your in pain. They continually change your appointment times or they cancel your appointments, because their therapist will not be there.I Do Not recommend this place, I will never go back.
I canot recommend this place by my experience trying to get an appointment. I was told need to email my referral and would get a call me back. The receptionist assured me I didn’t have to worry about losing the next available appointment. I emailed and waited. Didn’t hearing anything so call back in a couple days. Was told got my email but someone else answers the emails and they will call me back. Waited a few more days called back and reception found my referral, but now of course there’s no appointment for 4 weeks.
The care they provide has been mostly good. However, I have not been having a great experience dealing with their billing
Sandy is very knowledgeable. She communicates some complex stuff in easy to understand language.
Shelly Davis is outstanding. She helped me heal from the acute anterior tibia tendonitis and enabled me to return to hiking and dance, two activities that are central to my life. Shelly, Thank you more than I can express for giving me my life back!!!
