Great personalised programs, constant monitoring by exercise physiologists during sessions, friendly and supportive staff. It's the first time I have actually enjoyed going to a gym, and the benefits are a great bonus!

We are regulars at this gym. I love that each person gets an individual program tailored to their capacity and goals. All sessions are supervised by university-trained Exercise Physiologists who give extra tips on technique. Your program is reviewed every few months and you get new exercises. I have now built up a large repertoire of exercises that I know how to do safely. Best of all, I have had no falls since starting at Active Seniors.

I joined the Gordon Centre before Cadel Evans won his French cycling marathon and I am very thankful for all the help given to maintain a degree of fitness. Although missing the friends made and the staff at Gordon, they were encouragement enough to continue attending Active Seniors at Dee Why after moving closer to that facility. It is pleasing to know some supervisors also attend both venues giving a sense of continuity. Many thanks.

I have attended sessions here for over 10 years. All of the staff are experienced exercise physiologists and are very helpful and friendly. There is a large range of equipment and each assessment for one's personal program covers strength, balance, posture, flexibility and cardiovascular exercises, appropriate to one's age and general health.
