I initially had a bad first experience but the owner contacted me personally to issue a heartfelt apology and went above and beyond to make things right. When I got fitted, the sales person took the time to look at my running mechanics and the wear pattern on my shoes so she could find me a pair of shoes that I fell in love with. I went in there today looking for running shoes and not knowing what would be the best kind for my type of foot. The salesman who helped me was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He figured out my type of foot and then selected shoes that would be perfect for my needs. Great customer service and great products. I will definitely be buying my running shoes from them for now on!
