What I loved about this place was that in each department the salesperson KNEW the products, what to recommend, and could answer all sorts of questions. Then to make the whole experience even better, I was told that for a one-time $20 membership fee, I could garner a 20% discount on this and all future purchases, paid out annually in the spring based on the prior year's purchase balance.
