I had a wonderful visit to the Active Relief Centre today. My physiotherapist, Jill, does an exceptional job—she is always attentive to my concerns and makes me feel truly heard. Jill provides a variety of helpful exercises and keeps me accountable to complete them, which has made a noticeable difference in my shoulder injury. Chris and Megan are the best !! So greatful for the genuine care from both practitioners. I feel as though my concerns are heard and that there's true investigation into how to help me, both within the visit itself , and going forward. Staff at the front are also very kind, polite and happy to help with any scheduling changes etc.
ARC Hagersville has been taking care of my wife for some time now. After her heart attack and quadruple bypass she had a very hard time getting around. Jill at ARC Hagersville has done a great job of assisting my wife at bringing my wife back to good health. We couldn't ask for better help! I intend to begin treatment myself in the late Fall of 2025. I don't think you'll go wrong getting treated there, or at their two other locations in Hamilton and Guelph.
