I have been seeing Nikki for help with managing pain in my head and neck. The sessions have really helped me to relax and also helped with how I view and perceive my pain. The solution focused approach has also been helpful at getting me back into gentle exercise. Nikki is a lovely therapist and I would highly recommend her.

I did 12 sessions of hypnotherapy to help with dissociative seizures and migraines and it has really helped me. I am a more relaxed person and my seizures have gone from 1/2 a week to none in nearly 2 months. My migraines have massively reduced as well. I would recommend hypnotherapy to anyone as it has helped me so much!

I have recently started coming here and have found the sessions to be incredibly inspiring. I am feeling more empowered and better than I have for over 15 years.
