My daughter has had 2 knee surgeries a year and a half apart and is going to cryotherapy as part of her recovery this time. Her swelling and pain are noticeably better than last time. She is reaching her range of motion markers more quickly and easily as well. I am convinced the cryotherapy is making the difference.
My husband and I try to do the cryotherapy once a day. This treatment helps our joints, Skin and our whole body feel great! The whole staff are great!
