Really poor mangment in this establishment and it shows. Not to me in particular but my client I care for. At the time I could not step in to ask for better cooperation as I was in work hours however I did express to my employment my disatisfaction who I wrote a report for, they have now extended this knowledge to the clients family. Please do not ask me to phone the practice to discuss, I have no desire.
I've been to physios up and down the east coast for 2 years now. Staff here are always accommodating, friendly, polite and helpful. An amazing practice.
Active Physiotherapy Mackay have been unbelievable kind, efficient and professional. Both Administration and Physiotherapist have made my journey smooth and field with relief. All I can say is Thank you!
