I love active pt so much! I came in with IT band and shoulder problems and Jamie has helped with my legs so much I can’t feel the tightness anymore. We’ve been working on my shoulders and they've been getting better each time I’ve been in.
Set me at ease, corrected some form and got me running again pain free. Great team highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Active PT. The space is clean, welcoming, and the staff is wonderful. I worked with Matt for six sessions to address deep shoulder and neck pain from long hours at a desk. Not only is my pain completely gone, but he also equipped me with simple, effective exercises to stay pain-free moving forward. Highly recommend!
