I had such a great experience with Michael. I’d been dealing with an issue that’d been persistent for the past few years but recently had gotten worse and we had a big hiking trip coming up. Michael determined the main issue in one session and tailored a plan that helped me strengthen the muscles needed to alleviate a lot of that pain. Within 2 months I was able to hike with no pain and was able to go on my trip! I’ve been to a few physical therapists over the years and I can confidently say, Michael is the best!
If you need someone who understands biomechanics visit Dr. Michael! Hes wonderful at identifying what is wrong and providing various methods to address it!
Dr Hansen is great to work with! He taught me a lot about maintaining through stretching as well as improving through strength training. I just played in a three day golf event and hit the ball solidly the entire time, and without the pain I was experiencing. This was unthinkable mere months ago. Thank you, Mike
