Came in for pain and discomfort while running and training for the military. Michael was quick to diagnose muscle imbalances and weaknesses that was leading to my pain. After a few months of working with Michael, I am running faster and further than ever.
Michael started me on the road to a lower handicap. Currently down by 2 shots to 10 index. Getting stronger and more flexible has been the key. Thank you Michael for your expertise.
If your in pain you owe it to yourself to go see Micheal. I already endured one shoulder surgery and really thought I was going to need the other shoulder done. I saw an ad for APS and figured why not give it a shot, best decision I made. Micheal immediately had me doing stretches and excercices to strengthen my shoulder and increase mobility without the sharp pain I became accustomed to. After working on the excercises and stretches my shoulder is pain free and has good mobility, if your in pain go see Micheal.
Helped fix my heel pain in just months after trying for years with others. Great vibes. Highly recommend 10/10
