I'm a listing agent here in Florida.. active mortgage issued a pre-approval for a buyer through an agent and we were in escrow for 2 and 1/2 Weeks. Finally, after almost the third week the buyers mortgage was denied due to collections.. Even after many calls with no answer and several emails, nobody got in touch with me.
