We went to this shipper to pickup a load and the check in lady was so disrespectful and with a bad attitude all the time. We tried a several times to talk with her and also the broker to coordinate well everything but she only says I'm busy with no one else waiting for her. She wasn't helpful at all.
I went there late but requested them if they can load. They were kind enough to load me. Load is heavy. Dock is little bit tricky to get in. Can sleep there overnight but only couple of trucks can park.
You scan a QR code on arrival, fill out the web form it links you to and wait on a call for a dock assignment. After two hours waiting I was told I'm a work in, which was news to me. Went to office after 4.5 hours waiting and was told they still weren't ready for me. All other trucks, even trucks that were hours early, or late for their appointments, were loaded and gone when I was sent to dock at 1645. At 2019 they started loading. Finished at 2200.
