Benjamin appeared does not care when we spoke over the phone, maybe he was too busy, but we went ahead and ordered hospital bed through his medical supply company. He came to my house and put the hospital bed together. He is a fine person, helpful and caring as one can be. I hope everything goes well with his business and his health. Not bad was able to get my medical items for my mom covered by them
I cannot praise Active Lynx Medical Supply enough. Both Benjamin and Kobbie understand the meaning of customer service and are not afraid to go above and beyond a minimal effort to assist their customers. I base my review on 2 previous experiences with them and certainly plan to fill any future need(s) for medical equipment with this company.

They went extra miles to help me out. When they knew what i needed was on back order they tried very hard to get me something to use in the meantime. When I told them the one they delivered was not quite working for me. They told me no problem they will order exactly what I need and pick up the one I don’t need when the back order arrives. Two months later they followed through and got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this company.
