Highly recommend to keep you active, doing the things you love.
Great experience here once again! Johnathan is amazing! Very personal, hands on, no short cuts. He took his time asking questions and finding out as much about my "injury" as possible before beginning treatment. He never pushed me further than I could go and always provided me with helpful tips and continually asked if I had questions throughout my session.
