I got lucky enough to work with both Jenna for a running analysis and Catherine for a bike fit during the Thrive festival in Canmore. Jenna took me from a clunky beginner runner to a much smoother, more comfortable beginner runner with just a few quick tips, few easy exercises and a video break down of before and after tempo correction. Jenna is AMAZING at what she does!!! I trust everything she does and recommends. I’ve been seeing Jenna for over a year, first for lower back pain, then bursitis in my shoulder.
