I had a great Swedish massage with some stretching. It helped ease my sore muscles.
AMAZING. Tina knows everything about the body. She can feel tightness and knots and knows where to press and how to press. The combo massage is the way to go. They walk on you and the bed is soooo comfy. At the end, because the rest of body was so relaxed, I noticed my lateral neck muscles pretty tight and asked her to check them. She worked on them with icy hot and took her time— so sweet!!! It’s my new spot for sure
