Left photos to be restored .knowing one was bad condition we asked in very bad condition and might not be possible The very damaged photo came out like a drawing and was badly done so we to,d him we didn’t like it and it didn’t even look like a photo but a drawing.The guy raised his voice shouting at us and grabbed the photos we liked and told us to go away.Leaving us with nothing and him with our $100 deposit.Tbe attitude and standard of work left us stunned and we will be taking it further .I would give zero stars .Avoid

Great customer service. Ron helped me out with an urgent order of printing on 4 tshirts when another supplier had let me down. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Couldn't restore the old photos properly and still charged me even though it was done very badly. Even worse was the manner in which I was spoken to when I raised my concerns. I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Dandenong Image Centre and they did them properly with great customer service and at a cheaper price.

I would like to express my appreciation for the prompt way my problem was dealt with last Sunday. Great customer service as my photos were home delivered after an order mix up. Many thanks... recipients were delighted with the result... great work.
