Called to get prices and advice on carpel tunnel hand therapy. So rude. Would never go there just from the way I was spoken to on the phone. No customer service skills.

I cancelled my appointment due to the fact that this business took $50 to "hold my next appointment". I did not realise at the time and called up to ask why, as I had attended this clinic in the past. I asked if I had ever late cancelled or missed an appointment and was told no. When I asked what the charge was they said "It's a new policy." At no time was this policy discussed, or did I approve of the charge. I feel more transparency is needed when you take peoples money. After injuring my hand at work and having to get surgery I was recommended to see the guys at active hand therapy in palm beach and could not be happier with my experience. Their experience and equipment is top notch and I could not recommend them enough to anyone seeking hand therapy. Massive thanks to Dave for helping me through my hand recovery.
