Disorganised, poor communication as I was booked for an appointment when I had no idea also internal system they had a problem so I couldn't get any correspondence and they suggested just have to be manual all the time. Personally charging full fee for 45mins of parent interview for a child for the information other services do as an online survey free of charge was not understandable and I felt like my NDIS fund was treated lightly. I wasn't confident for this service to be the carer for my little one.
