I have been so impressed with the entire team at Active 8 as my son attended fortnightly occupational therapy sessions. They do a wonderful job at making both of us feel like welcome members of the community, which is so important for kids on the spectrum. A genuinely caring and committed team, especially Paisley, who has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Thank you!
My deep dissatisfaction with the services we have received for my daughter. We have now attended four sessions with your practitioner, each at a significant cost ($194 per session), which is a substantial amount for us. Regrettably, after these four sessions, we have not received any meaningful feedback or assessment regarding my daughter’s condition. Disorganised, poor communication as I was booked for an appointment when I had no idea also internal system they had a problem so I couldn't get any correspondence and they suggested just have to be manual all the time. Personally charging full fee for 45mins of parent interview for a child for the information other services do as an online survey free of charge was not understandable and I felt like my NDIS fund was treated lightly. I wasn't confident for this service to be the carer for my little one.
