Great shop, very helpful and professional advice
Active Cycles is the most genuine, down to earth bike shop around. Tells it how it is, no fancy gimmicks or upselling, reliable turn around times for servicing and expert advice across all disciplines. Have relied on Scott to get me out of strife for 5 years now, and will never bother going anywhere else. Chapeau.
This is my experience with Active Cycles. They provided expert advice that i could understand, and did the cheapest option repair quickly and with a smile
Scott has the best prices and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I bought my kid a bike for christmas, and it got run over before giving it to him. Scott searched far and wide to find the right part and get it shipped to have the bike ready in time. Highly recommend if you need a new bike and to get your own bikes repaired.
Couldn’t ask for better service. Had some repairs done on my E-Bike. Always leave feeling like it should have cost more! Such an honest busniess.
