Beginning to end the team at Active Coachlines were incredible. Aman was super helpful and patient in the planning stages while our team organized the money and put together the itinerary. We went from Toronto to Montreal. Jas (Jasnoor) was the lead person on the trip and organized the buses the entire time ensuring that they arrived on time and left on time. We had a wonderful experience traveling to Washington thanks to our bus driver. From start to finish, he was a professional, friendly, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. His driving was smooth and reliable, and he handled the trip with great care and patience. He was also kind and approachable, always willing to help and ensuring that everyone had a pleasant ride. If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star because..I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Active Coachlines. Our group had rented a bus to travel to Washington, D.C., but the rental was denied entry at the U.S. border. We were kept there from around 11 PM until nearly 8–9 AM, and the entire trip was cancelled. We had no choice but to return to Toronto.
