We had a wonderful experience traveling to Washington thanks to our bus driver. From start to finish, he was a professional, friendly, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. His driving was smooth and reliable, and he handled the trip with great care and patience. He was also kind and approachable, always willing to help and ensuring that everyone had a pleasant ride. We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication—it made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star because..I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Active Coachlines. Our group had rented a bus to travel to Washington, D.C., but the rental was denied entry at the U.S. border. We were kept there from around 11 PM until nearly 8–9 AM, and the entire trip was cancelled. We had no choice but to return to Toronto.
