I have been struggling with shoulder pain and shoulder mobility for a month and a half now and I’ve tried many different things. I’ve tried chiropractic care and massage and stretching and resting and gentle exercise and the pain was very persistent. Today after meeting with Kayla I already can see my muscles firing properly. Emma was extremely helpful in identifying issues that may be contributing to my dizziness and balance issues. She provided doable exercises to help alleviate the problems. Throughout the one hour session she was respectful, considerate, and provided clear instructions and explanations.It was a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend Emma.
