Dr. Ashlea Lytle at the Castle Rock, Colorado ACTIVCORE location is a wonderful Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is patient, professional, a good listener, a good teacher, and a skilled practitioner. Ashley is the best. She explains everything and has the patience of a saint. She makes me feel like I am the only client she has. I also like it that she submits forms to my insurance so I am reimbursed for most expenses.
The physical therapy using their red cord was very helpful in loosening up my tight joints. The Physical Therapist also worked with me on trying to strengthen my arm muscles to help myself to get up off the floor if I were to fall.
