Ashley is the best. She explains everything and has the patience of a saint. She makes me feel like I am the only client she has. I also like it that she submits forms to my insurance so I am reimbursed for most expenses.

The physical therapy using their red cord was very helpful in loosening up my tight joints. The Physical Therapist also worked with me on trying to strengthen my arm muscles to help myself to get up off the floor if I were to fall.

I have learned a lot by going to Activcore. My IBS has improved immensely. I have re-learned how to breathe, and it has helped my stress a lot. Dr. West is amazing. She is great with the red rope therapy and dry needling. What a difference! She also includes helpful hints and suggests a few supplements. I wish I had known about this place years ago! It's life-changing!
