I'm very happy with my experience at Activate Physiotherapy Stafford. After a recent bone density scan showing signs of osteopenia, I wanted to get an exercise programme that would help me. I am 60 and while I have always kept pretty active and fit, I have never really used weights, resistance bands etc or followed a targeted exercise programme.
