I see Sam at Activate Physio Stafford. He is the best physio I have encountered. And I have seen plenty. There is no singular thing I like about Sam; it is the WHOLE process he goes through. Firstly, he is so easy to feel comfortable and relaxed with. He listens to you and asks you questions about your condition. I'm very happy with my experience at Activate Physiotherapy Stafford. After a recent bone density scan showing signs of osteopenia, I wanted to get an exercise programme that would help me.
