Just had a week of work experience at Activate Physiotherapy Tingalpa. The workplace had such a great environment and everyone was super friendly and welcoming, explaining all physio related things to me. Definitely the best physios to go to that really care about their patients.
Thanks to Abin, I had lower back pain due to muscle cramps , he treated me first session already feeling much better
Highly recommend Abin Varghese B.Phty I went in after a work related injury had 7/10 pain in the shoulder after a session the pain was reduced to a 4/10 and feels much less tense he explained things in a way that was easy to understand and suggested ways to help minimise future damage thanks Abin
Absolutely amazing. Abin is a knowledgeable and capable physiotherapist. The Shockwave therapy is a method I had not experienced prior to this and I feel that this really shortened my recovery time. Abin helped me get back on track and injury free, recovered and ready for my upcoming state championship. Reception staff are always friendly and make booking easy. I would 100% recommend Activate physiotherapy Tingalpa.
Was disappointed by my two visits.. a calf massage and some chat - I don't think the ‘treatment’ justified the cost. I’ve since been to another physio who did a full work up of my injury, gave me a program of exercises (demonstrated and assessed me doing them) and I had a full 1.5 hrs for the same cost. Definitely more thorough..
