Ben Heath from Activate Physio and his Staff think outside the box for your individual needs to solve even the most complicated physical problems. Having the right physio means Aging doesn't have to be painful. I cannot speak highly enough of this service. Six Stars would be a more appropriate rating.

Ben not only gave me sound advice I still use 10 years on but went out of his way when I needed a replacement in short time due to me. I would highly recomend.
Had a treatment with Matt following lower back pain and haven’t felt a single niggle since (months later). Super impressed by the expert care and time taken to explain the injury and recovery moving forward. Overall lovely staff and a great clinic experience. Couldn’t recommend Activate highly enough!
