Claire is an absolutely incredible physical therapist. My daughter participates in multiple sports and is growing quickly, and Claire has been instrumental in helping her stay active while safely rehabbing small injuries and addressing any weaknesses. I've been seeing Claire at Activate Physical Therapy and Wellness for over two years. She is by far the best physical therapist I've ever seen. You can customize your treatment plan- weekly, monthly visits, it's totally up to you. Claire will give you a detailed exercise plan for you to adhere to. I'd recommend Activate Physical Therapy & Wellness to anyone seeing PT treatment!
Claire is an excellent PT. She is willing to spend the time to get to the root cause of the issue—going well beyond simply treating the symptoms. She has been instrumental in addressing issues I’ve had for years, creating and adjusting a plan to correct the weaknesses. While I am by no means an elite athlete like some of her clients, I am grateful to have access to Claire’s elite care.
Claire is deeply knowledgeable and pays attention to your specific needs. Each time I’ve visited she’s been able to point me in the right direction for my injury recovery and the resources she provides are convenient and easy to understand.
