The game area and party room are very well maintained. The staff were amazing! They were friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate all our requests.

2nd time at an Activate but first time at this location and it was awesome, even better than the first! We were approached very quickly and able to get started right on time. They didn't pack the place with people so we were able to go right into each game room without waiting. Everything was clean and nothing was broken or down for maintenance. We don't live nearby, or this would be a regular thing for us, but we'll be back as much as we can!

We had such a great time at Activate River North! Our group was 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 8 and 10). Only one of us had been before, so the rest of us really didn’t know what to expect beyond the videos we’d seen on social media. At first, the kids were a little intimidated by the darkness and not knowing what was coming next, but they adjusted quickly and ended up loving it. We all had an absolute blast!
