I’m a relative newby to Activate Body Noosa and post total knee replacement. I was thrilled by the insight of the Activate team to dedicate some of their group sessions solely to focus on knee rehabilitation, strength and conditioning. What becomes apparent over time is the amount of thought and effort Tom has put in to creating these sessions. Highly recommend this company. Hannah is brilliant. She has been able to reduce what was daily foot pain of 3 years (from severe breaks) down to 10% after first visit, then continuing reduction with subsequent visits. Now in maintenance mode. Myofascia release combined with other techniques has done the trick. Can't thank or recommend them enough!
The girls are so amazing and welcoming, starting with Sam at the front desk. She’s always up for a chat and brings it with a smile. I’ve seen Hanna a few times for my shoulder and back injury and her sports massage is second to none. Hits all the spots and brings great relief. Highly recommend this place to everyone going through injury and pain.
I attended three sessions with this provider through the NDIS. After the third visit, I received an unexpected email saying I now had to pay upfront and seek reimbursement myself, even though this was not the agreement when the sessions were booked. The last session I was charged $183.99 lasted 35 minutes instead of the scheduled 45 minutes. I took note because I was made to wait for my appointment and she concluded the session earlier.
