They are a super team at Activate Body. I went there 7 months ago to change my approach to fitness and haven’t looked back since. Engaged, supportive all combined with a holistic approach to individual needs, they have been excellent. 3 times a week I join and very positive, great group of guys for fantastic sessions. I also have regular acupuncture and massage with Hannah and she is excellent and very professional - never felt better afterwards. I could not recommend Activate Body more highly.
