I have been coming to Activ8 for about a year now where i visit fornightly. Stephen is my go-to for maintenance and great myo-treatment, however Kane is not without his merits. Yesterday I messaged with short notice for an appointment after I couldn’t lift my arm from training, I had pain and weakness. Kane fit me in the same day by cutting his break short. I wanted to try out a new therapist, I explained what was going on and Steve was able to work out what was going on straight away. The experience was professional, relaxed and he clearly knows his stuff. I will be recommending his services.
Steve is like the older brother I never had, putting me in so much pain I have to say mercy but each session the pain is a less and the movement is more. Sometimes after one session I see a massive improvement. I used to go to physios but they barely treat you they give you a plan that I am hopeless in following. Steve gets to the root of the problem and issues that I had for months with a physio are resolved within weeks with Steve. Thanks so much mate!
