Jeff, was amazing helped fix my tire.
Rain and Tree work on Hwy 92 had cars stopped at the tree farms before Lemos. I cut my engine only to find it wouldn't start back up. Actually had another tow service called, but they would have taken 1.5hrs and recommended Action when I asked what else could I do. Shauna(Shon?) was so reassuring on the phone and told me she'd have someone there in 20 minutes. Kevin called immediately to say was heading over from Burlingame. Lifesaver when we needed it!.....
Jeff is literally heaven-sent, together with the communication by Shon—these two got me out of a very inconvenient situation. They are knowledgeable and concisely explained the services offered by the company and helped me understand the entire process as this is my first time ever needing towing.
I only wish I had the opportunity to leave no stars at all. These people left me for 3 and 1/2 hours in front of Spangler's market, then when I called fuming because I was freezing cold, they told me they would be there in 20 minutes. I had to call a friend pay her for gas to come 15 mi from Pacifica. Take me home and bring me back to my car after grabbing a spare key.
